Live Off-Campus

Review the campus housing policy to see if you meet the requirements to live on or off campus. If you qualify for living off campus, follow these instructions to complete and submit the off-campus housing application.

Complete your application

  1. Click this link for the Housing Application. You will be directed to eRezLife, which best operates in Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari web browsers.
  2. Log-in using your Marian username and password.
  3. Complete and submit your off-campus housing application.
  4. If you are under 21, download and complete the Parent Verification Form. This form must be notarized by a certified Indiana notary public OR you and your parent/guardian can deliver the form in person to Residential and Commuter Life.
  5. Off-campus housing applications are reviewed on a rolling basis starting March 1, 2021. We will contact you by email about the status of your request.

Fall 2021

  • Students who currently live on campus and want to live off-campus for the 2021-2022 year MUST complete the off-campus housing request form by May 3.
  • Students who apply to live on campus, are approved for on-campus housing, and then decide to live off campus after May 15 will be subject to cancellation fees.

The cancellation fee structure is:

  • Cancellations after May 15: $500
  • Cancellations after August 3: $750
  • Cancellations after September 7: $1,000
