Biography

Professor Irwin’s educational background includes a BSN from Indiana University and an MSN from Indiana Wesleyan University.  While working in the intensive care setting, she realized her calling for teaching others. She taught initially at Indiana University School of Nursing and has been adjunct faculty teaching adult health at Marian University’s online accelerated program since 2012.  She has recently transitioned to full time faculty and continues to teach in adult health courses. She believes her passion for teaching and nursing experience will promote student success. She is a proud faculty advisor for Marian’s Student Nurse Association.
