First-Year Scholarships
Our emphasis on educating the whole person is deeply rooted in the teachings of St. Francis of Assisi. You will develop intellectually, emotionally, socially, physically, and spiritually during your time in college. Our mission calls us to provide educational opportunities to a diverse and academically talented student body. Without substantial financial aid, a college education would be unavailable to these very students who enrich our campus community.
There are a wide variety of scholarships and awards available. Our experienced financial aid representatives are here to help you explore all of the financial aid options that will help meet your family’s specific needs.

Full tuition and fees are funded through a combination of federal, state, and Marian University financial aid for up to 25 new scholars each year. Application deadline: November 6

Explore NowLegacy Award
$1,500 Awarded to entering students who have a parent, legal guardian, or grandparent who graduated from Marian University. Award eligibility is determined by the admission application.
Lilly Endowment Community Scholars Housing Grant
First-time students maintaining campus residency are eligible to receive a housing grant covering the standard cost of room and board. The award is renewable for the duration of four years of study. Available to students receiving a Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship.
Marian Tuition and Housing Grants
Varies, based on demonstrated financial need and campus residency. Must live in campus housing.
San Damiano Scholarship
Amount varies. Selection based on academic performance, church or religious involvement, and intent of post-graduate church-related employment or significant volunteer service. Application deadline: November 15
