Academic Support

  • Academic Commons - The Academic Commons offers tutoring in multiple subjects, career development support, library research assistance, and much more to ALL Marian students. The Academic Commons is located on the first floor of Hackelmeier Memorial Library on the Indianapolis campus. We offer both in-person and virtual appointments. 

  • Academic Advising -  Academic advisors provide advice and support to students as they navigate the path to academic success and graduation. Advising and registration information can be found here. NOTE: MAP students should contact their advisor directly for advising and registration information and COM students should contact the Student Affairs Team.

  • Academic Engagement  - To assist in your success, the Office of Academic Engagement offers a variety of services to help you meet your academic needs, including Peer Tutoring, Supplemental Instruction, Organized Study Groups, Student Success Seminars, and Academic Success Coaching.

  • Services for Students with Disabilities - Marian University, through policy and practice, is committed to providing equitable access to learning opportunities for all students, as well as serving as a resource for faculty and staff to ensure that access is a shared responsibility at the center of our work.
