Who can live here: Students who are 21 years of age and meet GPA/Involvement criteria
Amenities: Vary but generally include two to five bedrooms, one to two bathrooms, living room, dining room, full-kitchen, basement, washer/dryer. (unfurnished)
Room and board: 2021-22 rate is $3,700 per semester; Students required to have a commuter meal plan ($200). Also note, internet and cable costs are students responsibility if desired.
Room layouts: Vary significantly. Most campus houses are one story.
