Transition to Teaching
If you have a bachelor’s degree and want to become a licensed K-12 teacher in the State of Indiana, Marian University’s Transition to Teaching (T2T) program is designed for adult career-changers.
- This is an accelerated program that builds on the subject matter knowledge you already possess.
- You do not earn an education degree in this program. Rather, you complete coursework and internship experiences that prepare you for initial teaching licensure.
Building Level Administrator
If you are a currently licensed K-12 teacher who wants to develop the knowledge, skills, and experience for success in school leadership positions, Marian University’s Building Level Administrator (BLA) program may be right for you. This part-time program will prepare you for employment as a school principal, program director, or administrator in elementary and secondary school settings.
