Graduation Regalia for Faculty, Staff, and Academic Hooding

Graduation regalia is now available for rent by faculty, staff, and academic* hooding for the MU-COM and graduate student ceremony.

*If you are participating in the academic hooding portion of the MU-COM and Graduate Commencement Ceremony, academic regalia is not required. We ask that all hooders dress professionally if choosing not to wear regalia.

If you prefer to wear academic regalia you may wear your own personal regalia or rent regalia from Herff-Jones. Rentals fee, order deadlines, and the link to order is below.

Ordering Information and Policies

Submit and pay for your order online for Marian University's Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 3, 2024 (Ancilla campus), Saturday, May 4, 2024 (Indianapolis campus undergraduate), or Sunday, May 5, 2024 (graduate and doctoral). The deadline to submit your order is Friday, April 5, 2024.

  1. When placing your order, enter your name and contact information when prompted.
  2. When asked for the student ID number during the order process, enter the word “none." 
  3. Place your order online. For the best user experience, we recommend you use Google Chrome. The deadline for ordering is Friday, April 5, 2024.

Graduation regalia will be shipped directly from Herff-Jones, within 2-3 weeks upon submitting your order, to the shipping address provided on the order.

Returning Rented Regalia

  • Rented regalia must be returned to Herff-Jones by mail promptly after commencement using the return label provided with your shipment
