Office of the Registrar
Our office is responsible for:
- Assignment of classrooms for academic classes and final exams
- Certification of student enrollment and degrees
- Certification of student athletes for participation
- Managing the collection of census attendance, midterm, and final grades
- Evaluation of transfer, dual enrollment, and test credits
- FERPA compliance and oversight
- Interpreting and applying academic policies and procedures
- Management of registration processes
- Maintenance of student academic records
- Management of the student degree audit system
- Posting earned degrees and issuing of diplomas
- Publication of the final exam schedule
- Publication of the semester course offerings
- Publication of university catalogs
- Reporting of enrollment and degree data
- Verification of degree requirement completion
We are located on the first floor of Marian Hall (104) and are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
