A New Mission for an Historic Property

A cornerstone of the Riverside Education Innovation District, is to create a hub for education and innovation at the long-vacant former Larue Carter property.

From early childhood education, to mentoring, or professional development - the new mission supports lifetime learning and the educational needs of of all ages.

Following renovations to the former VA Hospital, the oldest building on the property, Marian's educational outreach programming will be located alongside other educational service providers. Trusted leaders in workforce readiness, education, and childcare, will bring their investment and programming to the area to help breath life into this historic property.

 

Brandt Associates & Schmidt Construction are the design build team renovating the former Indianapolis VA Hospital, the oldest building on the Larue Carter property.
