Clinical experiences are essential in the training of a nurse anesthetist. Because of that the Leighton School of Nursing, Nurse Anesthesia Program has created partnerships with some of the best hospitals and anesthesia groups located in Indiana and throughout the Midwest. Our clinical partners provide our students with wonderful clinical experiences in different environments, while exposing them to a wide variety of surgical cases and anesthesia techniques.

The Leighton School of Nursing, Nurse Anesthesia Program rotates students through our clinical partners during their second and third years. Our program sends one Senior student a year on a medical mission trip to the Dominican Republic.

Clinical Affiliations 

Students rotate to various hospitals throughout the program. Affiliations are designed to provide a variety of clinical experiences and to increase the breadth and depth of the clinical learning experience. Clinical affiliates include:
