Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physiology of Exercise Degree

Why study an exercise physiology degree at Marian?

Our bachelor's program in physiology of exercise is the only one in Indiana based in a medical school. The programs at most other institutions are based on the exercise activity with support in the basic sciences. Our program at Marian is based on all the basic physiology and, with that as a framework, the specifics of the exercise responses are mounted on top.

As you move through this major field of study, you will be exposed to all of the aspects of how human physiology and the exercise stimulus interact. With this as an academic background, you will be completely prepared for any path towards a health profession or towards graduate programs in any of the many aspects of the field of physiology of exercise.
