Luz Flores ‘16 is making a name for herself. She’s one of the honorees named in the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “20 in their Twenties” recognition.
Flores says she wanted to be a pediatrician, but as a high school junior, someone showed her what it looked like to work in marketing. Luz graduated Marian University with a business marketing and Spanish major, and minor a in pastoral leadership.
“I loved the various aspects of marketing, from digital to grassroots to strategic to leadership,” she explained.” In her role with Morales Group Staffing, Flores is responsible for leading branding and positioning initiatives to clients, the Morales workforce and the company’s community partners.
