Faith in Action sits at the heart of Marian University’s Catholic and Franciscan identity. Through spiritual formation, service, and experiential learning, Marian prepares students to live lives rooted in faith, purpose, and service to others, both on campus and in communities beyond.

Phase 2 Priorities

  • Scholarships - Scholarships that support students formed through programs like San Damiano and Bishop Simon Bruté to live their faith through service and vocation, whether in religious life, ministry, or professional fields such as healthcare, education, and business.
  • Programs in Ministry, Worship, and Faith Formation - Programs that deepen spiritual formation and lived faith across campus, such as the Franciscan Leadership Institute, campus ministry and worship, and the Sisters of St. Francis Legacy.
  • Religious Art, Architecture, and Culture - Investments in powerful symbols of faith across campus and in the long-term care of chapels and sacred spaces, including religious art, campus landmarks, and worship environments.
