2026 FOUNDERS CLASSIC HONOREES
H Jack Baker and M Colleen Baker were committed to faith, family and education. As the proud parents of five children, they instilled the values of dependability, the Golden rule, and finding joy in work from a young age. They loved their children deeply and hoped each would grow up happy and successful. Despite their devotion to family, they always found time to serve their community.
Colleen, a Marian college graduate, was instrumental in bringing The Orton Dyslexia society to Indiana and dedicated her life to family, supporting Catholic education, and serving charitable causes. Jack, the founder of BMWC constructors, served on the boards of several organizations, including Marian College, from which he was thankfully awarded an Honorary PHD in Engineering.
In appreciation for their commitment to Catholic education, their spirit of philanthropy, and their unwavering dedication to the betterment of Central Indiana, H Jack Baker and M Colleen Baker are being recognized posthumously as the 2026 Founders Classic honorees.
