Marian's Mission and Vision

Marian University's vision is to provide an education distinguished in its ability to prepare transformative leaders for service to the world.

Its mission is to be a great Catholic university dedicated to providing students with excellent learning, teaching, and research in the Franciscan and liberal arts traditions.

Marian's Values

As a Franciscan University, Marian strives to live out the Franciscan values of Dignity of the Individual, Reconciliation, Peace and Justice, and Responsible Stewardship. These values can be found all around the campus as a reminder of the values we need to instill in our daily lives.

The University concentrates on one value each year. The 2022-2023 school year will be focused on the value of Reconciliation.

"Repent, therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be wiped away"

Acts 3:19
