Bio
Victoria Cavallaro, MSN, RN, serves as the director of nursing and assistant professor at Marian University’s Leighton School of Nursing on the Plymouth campus. In this role, she provides leadership for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, fostering collaboration among faculty, students, and clinical partners to advance high-quality nursing education grounded in Marian’s Franciscan values. Her focus includes developing strong clinical relationships, supporting faculty growth, and ensuring meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that prepare students for professional success.
With more than 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, Cavallaro has practiced in a variety of settings including medical-surgical care, cardiac care, oncology, dermatology, home health, school nursing, and long-term care. These diverse experiences have strengthened her understanding of patient care across the lifespan and inform her commitment to preparing nurses who are both skilled and compassionate.
