Shannon Unger, M.A., M.S.

My Name is Shannon Unger and I currently live in Charlotte, North Carolina with my husband and two young sons. I am the environmental education director for Cabarrus County and I teach online biology, ecology, and environmental science courses. I have a Master of Science in Biology from Missouri State University and a Master of Arts in Science Education from Southern Oregon University. I have taught science in formal and non-formal settings to children and adults for over almost 20 years. Between work and family, I am left with little time for much else, but I do enjoy hiking, biking, and kayaking whenever I get a chance!
