Philosophy of Teaching

People usually see the world through frames of mind built from their experiences. When something new challenges an established frame of mind, it's tempting to reject or ignore the new information.

Learning happens when a person opts to pause and get curious about the new information instead. Learning is best when we have diverse groups of people learning together, because members in a diverse group bring new perspectives to consider.
