Biography

My name is Michael Slavkin, and I serve as the Director of the Master’s of Counseling program in the Department of Psychological Science and Counseling. I have worked in higher education for the past 25 years. I have previously worked as an elementary school teacher and school counselor, as well as a clinical mental health counselor in community agencies. Most of my clinical work and teaching focuses on working with youth and adolescents.
