Bio 

Kimberly Brownridge is an adjunct psychology instructor and clinical supervisor with a strong background in mental health counseling and education. She is the owner of Counsel The Mind, LLC, a group private practice dedicated to providing accessible mental health services while also serving as a teaching practice for interns and early-career clinicians. In her academic role, she teaches courses in psychology and human development, with a focus on helping students apply theoretical concepts to real-world situations. 
 
In addition to her teaching, Kimberly has extensive clinical experience working with individuals navigating stress, life transitions, and mental health challenges. She is passionate about bridging the gap between academic knowledge and clinical application, equipping both students and supervisees with practical skills. Her work emphasizes culturally responsive care, ethical practice, and the development of critical thinking in future mental health professionals.
