Professional Background: 
Gracyn Conner, OTD, MS, OTR, serves as the academic fieldwork coordinator for Marian University’s Occupational Therapy Graduate Programs. In this role, she develops and maintains partnerships with fieldwork sites, oversees student placements, and ensures high-quality experiential education opportunities. 

She brings a variety of clinical experiences, including practice in intensive care units, pediatric acute care, and outpatient pediatrics. Dr. Conner is particularly passionate about working with children with autism, supporting their growth in independence and daily living skills. She continues to provide clinical care in this area, integrating real-world practice into her teaching and mentoring of students. 

Motivated by her commitment to the autism community, Dr. Conner developed a mobile application that enhances personal care skills by combining video modeling with visual scheduling. This innovative tool empowers individuals to build independence and meaningful participation in their daily lives.
