Bio
Erika Wise, Ed.D., serves as the assistant dean for academic quality at Marian University’s Klipsch Educators College. She holds a Doctor of Education in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University. Dr. Wise's expertise lies in strategic educational leadership, with a focus on comprehensive curricular and assessment efforts, and managing the accreditation and continuous improvement cycle for education programs.
Dr. Wise investigates ways to integrate emerging technologies into P-12 and postsecondary teaching and to prepare future-ready teachers. She is a CO-PI on the $1.1M National Science Foundation grant focused on Improving Secondary STEM Teacher Preparation. Her professional service includes serving as a reviewer of educator preparation programs and as chair of both the Educators College Curriculum Committee and the Quality Assurance Systems Team.
