Chad Hardin

A Plainfield, Indiana native, Chad graduated from Plainfield High School.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University, majoring in Sports Marketing and Management and minoring in Business.  He also attended Marian College (now Marian University) and received his teaching certification in Health and Physical Education.

Chad is no stranger to Marian University.  In the past, he has been the Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach for Marian’s first two conference championship-winning teams, the Head Men’s Soccer Coach and started the men’s and women’s varsity bowling teams from scratch and led them to three national championship appearances in the first four years of the program.  After a brief stint away from Marian, Chad joined Marian University’s Office of Undergraduate Admission in May of 2021 as the Associate Director of Freshmen Admission.

He feels that there is something very special about Marian University.  The professors, staff, and advisors are all so friendly and want to see their students succeed.  The campus is beautiful and only minutes from the heart of downtown Indianapolis.

Chad lives in Fishers, Indiana with his wife Amanda and their children Avery and Collin.  He loves to spend time with his family, support the local Indianapolis sports teams, travel, and attend concerts.
