Transcripts for Residency Programs

  • Parchment, our ONLINE ORDERING SERVICE, is a quick, easy way to request that your official transcript be uploaded for ERAS, MODS or VSAS.
  • You will be prompted to create an account, which you'll keep and use for all transcript requests.
  • From the “Select Documents” page, click the link titled Transcript Uploads for currently enrolled Dr. of Osteopathic medical students only.
  • Follow the steps on this page to order a  transcript upload.
  • ERAS, MODS and VSAS uploads are provided at the discounted rate of $3 per upload.
  • Standard processing time is two to three business days, but can take longer during peak times.
  • For immediate, same day transcript processing, come to the Office of the Registrar (Marian Hall 104) in person. All immediate/same day requests must be received by 2 p.m. EST during normal business hours.
  • Please note that your transcript will be uploaded as it stands at the time of your request.

Special instructions for VSAS: Submit an application through VSAS AND submit your request via Parchment, our ONLINE ORDERING SERVICE. Do not place multiple orders in Parchment for VSAS. Once your transcript is uploaded, it will be used for any current and future VSAS applications submitted for the semester.

  • Please be aware that not all VSAS applications have a transcript requirement. If a transcript is not required, a Parchment request is not needed.
  • The Office of the Registrar does not have the ability to upload a new or edited transcript after the first upload is completed. Review your transcript in CAMS to ensure it is accurate before requesting an upload.

Contact the Office of the Registrar at (317) 955-6050 or email regis@marian.edu if you have questions or need additional information.
