General transcript information and order options

  • An official transcript is a comprehensive record of all courses completed at Marian University (formerly Marian College). It is a violation of federal law to release a copy of a transcript without your authorization. 
  • If your student account is in good standing and clear of any holds, you may obtain a copy of your official transcript. To settle outstanding financial obligations before requesting an official transcript, contact our business office at 317.955.6020.
  • Your transcript request may be submitted:
    • On Parchment, our ONLINE ORDERING SERVICE.
    • In person at the Office of the Registrar (Marian Hall 104) during regular business hours: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    • By completing a transcript request form. Please print, complete and submit with your payment in person or mail to:

Transcript processing time and fees

Electronic: Standard $ 8 About two to three business days. Must be submitted through Parchment.
Electronic: Immediate $ 23 Same business day if submitted by 2 p.m. EST. Must be submitted through Parchment.
Mailed: Standard U.S.P.S. $ 12.50 About two to three business days plus standard U.S.P.S. mail time.
Mailed: Standard International $ 15 About two to three business days. Delivery time is dependent on delivery location.
Mailed: Immediate FedEx Domestic $ 35 About two to three business days depending on delivery location.
Mailed: Immediate FedEx International $ 57.50 Delivery time is dependent on delivery location.
