Major: English and Secondary Education

Favorite Book/Genre: My favorite kinds of books to read are historical fiction and memoirs, but I will pick up just about anything that captures my attention. My two favorite books are Madness by Marya Hornbacher and How to Tell Toledo from the Night Sky by Lydia Netzer.

About me: I was born and raised in Lafayette, IN (Boiler up!). I was a competitive dancer for twelve years before coming to Marian and I am now a Marian University Knight Dancer. Through dance, I was presented with incredible opportunities to travel in order to further my training; the Wisconsin Dells, New York City, Los Angeles, London, and Paris are a few of the places I've been able to go. Besides traveling and dancing, some of my favorite hobbies include watching football and baseball (Go Cubbies!), binge watching Criminal Minds, and going to concerts.
