Parking Changes Ahead of Commencement and Center for Human Flourishing Construction
Beginning April 16th, parking and traffic patterns near St. Vincent Field and the Evans Center will change due to the Center for Human Flourishing construction project. Please review the impacted parking areas, road closures, and planning guidance before coming to campus, especially during Commencement events when campus traffic will be higher than usual.
What’s changing
The construction project will affect parking in phases. In the short term, approximately 35 commuter spaces will be unavailable in Lots 13 and 14. In the longer term, Lots 13, 14, and 15 will be fully taken offline, and the closure of Tyrone Drive will remain in place.
Phase 1
Beginning April 16th and continuing through Commencement, approximately 35 parking spaces will be unavailable in Lots 13 and 14.
Road closure
All of Tyrone Drive will be closed, including the circle in front of the Evans Center, will be closed.
Affected Parking Areas
The most directly impacted area is between St. Vincent Field and the Evans Center. The map in your parking materials highlights Lots 13, 14, and 15 as the parking lots of direct impact.
