We’re still here for you.

And we’d better be, because Marian University would not be where it is today without you. Whether you want to connect with old friends, utilize campus resources, share your successes, show your support through volunteerism or donation, or just check up on our progress, we’ve got you covered. Find what you need at your fingertips, and let’s get to work helping each other. It’s what we’re made of, right?

What we're up to right now... November Letter from your Alumni Director

Another Homecoming Weekend in the books! Over 400 alumni participated in one or more of our Homecoming Weekend activities! Although the tailgates and football game were soggy, we still had a great number of diehard fans show up to cheer on the Knights.

Alumni from as far away as Hawaii and from as near as 30 Street and Tibbs Avenue, representing class years from 1957 to 2019, gathered to celebrate their connections with Marian University and each other. I encourage you to check out some highlights of the weekend throughout this newsletter to see just how awesome our alumni are. If you weren’t here, we missed you and hope that you will join us for Homecoming 2020, which is already in planning stages (date announcement coming soon). Additionally, keep an eye on our Flickr page for photos from the weekend such as the Gala and first annual All-Alumni Celebration.

We now know that the football Knights will be hosting at least one game in the NAIA playoffs. Hopefully, you will join us for another round of Alumni Tailgates and to cheer the Knights through the playoffs! See the box below to learn where to find out details of game dates and times.

As always, during this in-between time, there are plenty of opportunities to connect with Marian for alumni near and far such as taking a campus tour, participating in #GivingTuesday, or volunteering. Another exciting opportunity to check out this month is The Saint John’s Bible. All alumni are invited to come see the Bible or to participate in bible-related activities—even train to be a docent. Watch this newsletter and the campus events calendar for upcoming programs and activities and direct all inquiries to

Check out what else is going on in the monthly newsletter and please remember, we are always here as a resource for you... Go, Knights!
