Writing Consultations
WCOnline - Schedule an Appointment Here!
Use our step-by-step guide to schedule a 60-minute writing consultation. Writing consultations must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointment Types
- Face-to-face: Held in the Academic Commons, located in Hackelmeier Memorial Library.
- Online: 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment, log into WCOnline and click "Start or Join Online Consultation."
- Asynchronous: An option for students who cannot meet during available hours. You will receive feedback via email within 2 business days.
No Editing / Proofreading Policy
Our Writing Consultants do not provide page by page copy editing services and will not line edit or proofread documents for students. With sentence-level work, Writing Consultants will help writers learn how to identify and correct errors.
