Oluwabanwo Adeniyi '21

Oluwabanwo, or Bami as her friends call her, has been interested in attending Marian University since she was in eighth grade. Getting involved in the Student Government Association during her freshman year helped her meet people, make friends, and feel like she's part of the campus community.

"My experiences as a freshman at Marian have taught me that these opportunities don’t land in your lap. You have to go out and talk to people, make new connections, and start things."
