After mission trips to Nicaragua during her junior and senior years, Morgan spent her summer as an intern working in Szekesfervar, Hungary, where she shadowed doctors and other healthcare professionals, studying patient care and wellness in a foreign nation.
"I learned about socialized medicine, which is different than what we have here, so it was completely different than what I was used to. I got to learn about that while I was abroad, and I got to get that firsthand experience of it, where I wasn’t just learning it in a textbook."
