Angela Myers

Biography

Angie has been a practicing nurse since 2010, working in many different practice settings with pediatric patients. She has experience caring for pediatric patients on a neurosurgery, whole organ transplant, urology, and NATacute care floor. She has worked as a nurse in the Hematology/Oncology clinic as an infusion nurse and as a clinical research nurse working with patients on early phase clinical trials. She continues to maintain her pediatric nurse certification. The summer of 2021 she became an adjunct with Marian’s OABSN program teaching clinicals in Health Assessment, Pharmacology, and Pediatrics while working supplemental in a Hem/Onc clinic. Fall 2022 she became an Associate Professor of Nursing at Marian’s main campus in Indy and has taught a variety of courses from sophomore to senior level.

Personal Interests

Angie lives with her husband, daughter, two dogs, and urban chickens. Resident of the near east side of Indy and member of Soma church downtown. When not at work she enjoys traveling, hiking, snowboarding, climbing, running, yoga, and local food.
