Lee Summerlin-Grady, DNAP, CRNA

Biography

Dr. Summerlin-Grady has extensive clinical experience as a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA). Dr. Summerlin-Grady began her career as a staff anesthetist at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh, North Carolina. She went on to provide services in 29 hospitals and medical centers as a locum tenens or full time provider. She served as a clinical mentor to the students at many locations. Dr. Summerlin-Grady worked as a lead CRNA for two years in an all CRNA group where the practice required call for general surgery and obstetrics patients. Dr. Summerlin-Grady has worked in anesthesia care teams, all CRNA groups, and in solo practice where she became proficient in independent practice.

Dr. Summerlin-Grady is a graduate of Old Dominion University where she obtained the Master of Science in Nursing degree. She went on to attend Texas Wesleyan University where she obtained her Doctorate of Nurse Anesthesia Practice. 

Dr. Summerlin-Grady has been married for 20 years. She and her husband have four children. She enjoys reading and listening to music.
