The Manufacturing Leadership, Education, and Development (LEAD) Program is designed to enhance leadership and management skills within the manufacturing industry. This eight-week course focuses on communication, leadership, and conflict resolution, providing participants with essential humanistic abilities to effectively guide their teams and address challenges. The program includes hands-on learning, reflection, and discussion-based activities, utilizing case studies and real-world applications. Participants will engage in activities such as Real Colors personality assessments to better understand decision-making processes and improve empathy and teamwork. The course is taught by experienced faculty and leadership staff, ensuring a rich and impactful learning experience.

  • Duration: 8 weeks, 1.5 hours per week (lunchtime sessions with lunch provided).
  • Capacity: 8–10 participants.
  • Cost: $300 per employee (includes supplies, meals, and program materials).

Requirements

  • Host Space: Provide a conference room and allocate employees’ time.
  • Pre-Post Test: Assess confidence in skill development.
