MU-COM graduates will not receive diplomas during the Commencement Ceremony. All graduates can obtain their diplomas in person from the Office of the Registrar (located in room 104 of Marian Hall) during normal business hours from Monday, May 22 until Friday June 2.

Diplomas not picked up by Friday, June 2 will be mailed to the student's home address that we have on record in CAMS. Students can view and update address information through their CAMS student portal.

Diplomas will not be issued if:

  1. The degree has not been conferred due to missing or incomplete grades
  2. There is an outstanding balance on your student ledger/account. Accounts must be paid in full to receive your diploma and/or official transcripts

Diplomas are only issued to the student (not family members or friends). Bring a photo ID with you if you plan to pick-up your diploma. When you receive your diploma, keep it in a safe place and do not lose it.  The university does not keep copies of diplomas. The official record kept by the university is the transcript.
