Prezi uses A.I.: Wait. What can it do?

In this workshop, participants will explore the integration of AI tools within Prezi to create more dynamic and engaging presentations. The key AI features to be discussed and demonstrated include: 

  1. Content Generation: Utilizing AI to generate text and content for presentations. This includes crafting compelling narratives, generating bullet points, and summarizing information efficiently.  
  2. Design Enhancement: Learning how AI can assist in improving the visual appeal of presentations. This covers automatic layout adjustments, intelligent design suggestions, and smart formatting options that align with the presentation’s theme and message.  
  3. Visuals and Imagery: Leveraging AI to enhance images and visuals used in presentations. Features such as automatic image cropping, background removal, and intelligent image placement were showcased, helping to create visually coherent slides.  
  4. Interactive Elements: Exploring AI-driven interactive elements that can be incorporated into presentations. This includes adding smart animations, transitions, and interactive charts that respond to user input, making the presentations more engaging.  
  5. Speech and Language Tools: Utilizing AI for speech-to-text and text-to-speech functionalities, enabling seamless integration of spoken content into presentations. This is particularly useful for creating subtitles, voiceovers, and ensuring accessibility.  
  6. Audience Engagement: Understanding how AI can analyze audience engagement and provide insights. This includes tracking which parts of the presentation capture the most attention and suggesting improvements based on audience feedback and interaction patterns.  

Participants will engage in practical exercises, applying these AI tools to their own Prezi presentations. They will experience firsthand how AI can streamline the creation process, enhance visual storytelling, and improve overall presentation effectiveness.
