Greg Rawski, PhD

Biography: 
Greg Rawski, Ph.D., serves as dean of the School of Business at Marian University, leading academic programming and strategic initiatives at the Indianapolis and Plymouth locations. Since joining Marian in 2018, he has advanced the school’s mission through innovation, collaboration, and industry partnerships. 

Under his leadership, the School of Business launched the nationally recognized Talent Development Impact Lab, the Center for Financial Wellness, and new programs in moral capitalism and logistics and supply chain management. His work has been recognized by AACSB with the Innovations That Inspire Award for the Old National Bank Microfinance program. 

Previously, Dr. Rawski served as the Schroeder Family Dean and John H. Schroeder Endowed Chair at the University of Evansville, where he led successful AACSB accreditation efforts and developed nationally ranked business programs. 

Research and Leadership: 
Dr. Rawski’s research explores product development, shared knowledge, and teaching excellence. His scholarship has earned more than 1,600 Google Scholar citations and includes publications in Decision Sciences and the International Journal of Production Economics. 

He is an active AACSB consultant and peer reviewer, a member of the Catholic Business Exchange, and serves on several advisory boards supporting business education and community engagement. 

Personal Information: 
Outside of academia, Dr. Rawski is active in his parish at St. Malachy Catholic Church and has coached youth basketball for more than a decade.
