If you are a graduate of the College of Osteopathic Medicine (MU-COM), please note you will not receive your actual diploma during the Commencement Ceremony.

You can obtain your diploma in person from the Office of the Registrar, located in Room 104 of Marian Hall, starting Monday, May 21 through June 1, 2018 during normal business hours.

Please bring a photo ID with you when you pick-up your diploma.

If you do not pick up your diploma by Friday, June 1, 2018, it will be mailed to the home address that we have on record for you in CAMS.

You can review and update your address information through your CAMS student portal.

Your diploma will not be issued if:

  • The degree has not been conferred due to missing or incomplete grades.
  • There is an outstanding balance on your student account. Your account must be paid in full to receive your diploma and/or official transcripts.

Diplomas are only issued to graduates, not family members or friends.

When you receive your diploma, please keep it in a safe place so you do not lose it. Marian University does not keep copies of diplomas; the official record we keep is your transcript.
