Helpdesk Technicians will attempt to resolve your issue remotely when at all possible. If the issue cannot be resolved through remote capabilities, then you’ll be directed to schedule an appointment to visit one of our offices. To avoid long lines at the Helpdesk locations, please submit a ticket or call beforehand.
