What is a Pre-Professional Program?

While pre-medicine and pre-health are not majors at Marian University, we offer pre-health concentrations which support students with the intent of pursuing graduate training in a health-related profession. In these programs, faculty, staff, and advisors will work closely with you to successfully guide you through completing a sequence of courses and opportunities tailored to your future career goals. The knowledge and experiences you'll acquire by completing our pre-health programs will help you prepare for successful admission to competitive professional schools nationwide.

All students interested in a future career as health professionals should participate in our Saint Luke Pre-Medicine and Pre-Health Professions Programs. Additionally, students are invited to apply for the competitive Saint Luke Pre-Medicine Scholarship.
