Father Douglas Hunter ‘09 is a graduate of Marian’s Adult Programs (MAP) and starts his first year with us.

Father Hunter earned his Associate of Business Administration from Marian (College) and a Bachelor of Business Administration with areas of concentration: Business Management, Human Management, and Marketing. He continued his education by earning a Master’s of Catholic Philosophical Studies and Master’s of Divinity at Saint Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology in Saint Meinrad, Indiana.

Outside of his formal education, Father Hunter worked at the Marion County Sheriff’s Department for eight years, then the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department for two years before entering seminary. During his time at IMPD, he oversaw the Crime Prevention and Youth Education program.

Father Hunter is the Pastor of Saint Roch Catholic Church and Chaplain for the Indianapolis Colts and Southport Police Department.
