Internships
Internship opportunities for psychology students are available during the fall, spring, and summer sessions. Internships are designed to provide hands-on experience in a career field of interest. Students also participate in professional development activities, carry out professional responsibilities, and engage in academic and personal self-reflection.
Internship placements are very diverse and depend on the interests and career goals of each student. Students have completed internships in areas such as school counseling, addictions, grief support, domestic violence, disabilities, social work, marketing research, human resources, occupational therapy, physical therapy, law, medicine, and animal behavior
