Student Emergency Fund

Marian University has a student Emergency Grant Fund designed to support students experiencing an unexpected financial hardship that is impacting their academic success.

The purpose of the Marian University Student Emergency Grant is to offer one time grant awards to Marian University students to cover expenses that were incurred from a financial emergency.

Application

Step 1

a. Please explain in as much detail as you feel comfortable.

b. Any documentation you can provide will strengthen your application

Step 2

A committee of Marian University staff members will review your application within 48 business hours.

A Marian University member may reach out to you via email or phone call for more information

Step 3

You will receive a decision on your application via email.

Step 4

Regardless of if you were approved or denied, will you be assigned a Student Success Coach to help you navigate your challenges and how they may be impacting your academics.

Our Student Success Coaches are knowledgeable about community resources and can help connect you to other opportunities in addition to the grant.
