Room and board: 2019-20 rate is $5,480 per semester for a double (two-person) occupancy; $6,150 per semester for a single (limited availability). Triple rooms are available at a reduced rate.

Room layouts: Second floor rooms are suite-style double and triple rooms with a shared bathroom in between. Third floor rooms are double and triple rooms with community bathrooms.

Average room size: Double and triple room = 17' x 13' 

Living/learning communities: Alverna Community, Peace and Justice Community, and Honors and Engineering Community

Amenities: Kitchenettes on each floor. LCD TVs in each lounge. Computer room.

Room and board: 2019-20 rate is $5,480 per semester for a double (two-person) occupancy; $6,150 per semester for a single (limited availability). Triple rooms are available at a reduced rate. 

Room layouts: Single, double, and triple rooms are suite-style with a shared bathroom.

Average room size: Double and Triple = 16' x 12' | Single = 16' x 8'

Amenities: Full-kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer in apartment. Cable. Internet.

Room and board: 2019-20 rate is $3,750 per semester; Students required to have a commuter meal plan

Room layouts: Two bedroom, two bath apartments with full-kitchen, dining room, living room, and washer/dryer setup

Who can live here: Students who are 21 years of age and meet GPA/involvement criteria

Amenities: Vary but generally include two to four bedrooms, one to two bathrooms, living room, dining room, full-kitchen, basement, washer/dryer.

Room and board: 2019-20 rate is $3,750 per semester; Students required to have a commuter meal plan (Internet and cable costs are student responsibility if desired)

Room layouts: Vary significantly. Most campus houses are one story.
