Campus Safety

The Marian University Police provide 24-hour-a-day patrol protection to the campus, including parking lots and residence halls.

  • Marian University police officers are vested with full law enforcement powers and responsibilities.
  • All officers who are employed by Marian University are required to be certified graduates of the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy.
  • Marian University police are responsible for a full range of public safety services, including all crime reports, investigations, medical emergencies, fire emergencies, traffic accidents, enforcement of laws regulating underage drinking, the use of controlled substances, and weapons, and all other incidents requiring police assistance.
