New Password Reset Site

The IT Department understands the current password reset process and website is unreliable and cumbersome.  As a result, next Friday, February 11, we’re launching a new self-service password application within Microsoft’s Office365 platform.  This should bring a more smooth and easier to use process and website.  Please note the current website will be decommissioned in the coming weeks.

The new self-service password website is (  Everyone will need to add personal contact information (or provide security questions and answers) to your MU Account.  Please perform this as soon as possible.  Instructions can be found at
