The IT Department understands the current password reset process and website is unreliable and cumbersome. As a result, next Friday, February 11, we’re launching a new self-service password application within Microsoft’s Office365 platform. This should bring a more smooth and easier to use process and website. Please note the current website will be decommissioned in the coming weeks.
The new self-service password website is (https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/). Everyone will need to add personal contact information (or provide security questions and answers) to your MU Account. Please perform this as soon as possible. Instructions can be found at https://helpdesk.marian.edu/support/solutions/articles/17000069746.
If you need to change your password after February 11, remember you’ll use the new self-service password site. Instructions on how to reset your password can be found at https://helpdesk.marian.edu/support/solutions/articles/17000069759.
