You are invited to attend the nursing simulation lab blessing and open house on Tuesday, November 1, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The bachelor of science in nursing facilities at Marian University's Ancilla College will provide excellence in education to fulfill the nursing shortage and support the thriving of our local community.
In 2021, Marian University’s Ancilla College launched the first four-year degree ever offered on the Ancilla campus—a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In order to expand upon the launch of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, a new nursing simulation lab is having been constructed to ensure that Marian University’s Ancilla College students are working with the most up-to-date technology.
Simulation education will prepare students for real-life nursing scenarios prior to their clinical rotations with actual patients. Graduates will have the tools, knowledge, and experience needed to be able to bring transformational leadership teachings to the local workforce—this know-how is exactly what employers need to continue building a thriving community.
