Assistant Director of International Admission

Lisa is from Lahaina, Hawaii and went to high school at Lahainaluna High School on the island of Maui before attending undergrad at the University of Evansville. At the University of Evansville, she majored in communication. Prior to coming to Marian University, she worked as an admission counselor and coordinator of multicultural recruitment at Franklin College.

What is your favorite place on campus?
The Japanese Tea Garden

What do you like best about Indianapolis?
I am never bored in Indianapolis. I enjoy going to sporting events, concerts, cultural events, shopping, etc. Indy has it all!

Who would you rather have for a roommate—a zombie, a vampire, a gremlin, or bigfoot?

Where would you most like to visit?

What is a favorite memory of your time at Marian University?
My first time taking a tour of campus was wonderful! I enjoyed learning about the history of the campus. The mansions, Japanese Tea Garden, and the Rosary Walk are absolutely beautiful!

What advice would you offer to incoming freshmen?
Always remember that there are deadlines (application, scholarship, etc.)

What is one question that every student should ask during the college search?
I encourage students to ask about the different resources available on campus. MU has so much to offer!
