Biography

Kimberly Wilson, Ph.D., L.M.F.T., is a native Detroiter happily transplanted to Fort Mill, South Carolina. She is currently working in private practice, community mental health, online counseling, and operate a consulting firm. She conducts compliance and skills training for master’s level professionals and corporations, a well as research and program development. She’s worked as a manager of community mental health, a program director for a pregnant and parenting teen group home, a program supervisor for an adolescent group home, an adult psychiatric group home, and teaching at a community college.

Dr. Wilson consistently practiced in the behavioral health field for approximately 22 years. Furthermore, she is a retired United States Marine. She has a Doctorate in International Psychology, Organizations and Systems from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She holds a Master of Arts in Psychology, with emphasis in marriage family child counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Chapman University. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with licensure in four states: South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Michigan. She is an Approved American Association of Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor Candidate.
