by News Release | Feb 26, 2024

Marian University welcomes Craig Koch as the new vice president of facilities. Koch most recently served as project manager for Browning Construction. He begins his new role on February 26, 2024.

In his role, Koch will provide leadership and supervision across Marian University facilities and is responsible for the planning, operations, maintenance, renovation, and construction across all sites in support of educational and co-curricular programs.

Through his former position at Browning Construction, he has been involved in new construction projects at Marian for nearly a decade. Koch managed construction of the Arena and Convocation Center, locker rooms, Drew Family Health and Fitness Center, Peyton Manning Hall of Champions, dining commons, Caito-Wagner Hall (residence hall) and St. Joseph's Chapel, and, most recently, the Witchger Center, home of the E. S. Witchger School of Engineering.

“I am truly honored and excited to join Marian University as the vice president of facilities," said Craig Koch. "Having been deeply involved with Marian through my previous role at Browning Construction, I am well acquainted with the campus and its needs. Marian University holds a special place in my professional journey, and I am eager to contribute to its ongoing transformation into a premier learning destination in Indianapolis.”

“Craig will be a powerful addition to the Marian leadership team by leveraging his extensive experience in construction management to provide strategic leadership and oversight in enhancing the university's facilities,” said Greg Ginder, senior vice president for personnel, finance, facilities, and technology. “We are excited to see Craig build upon the rich history of the institution and create an environment that fosters excellence in education.”
